AMI Powercon Acid Pre-rinse

The AMI Powercon Acid is an analyzer designed for the automatic, continuous measurement of cation (acid) conductivity. It monitors conductivity after water has passed through a cation exchange resin (CACE), to indicate the presence of potentially corrosive ionic contaminants ensuring optimal performance in power plants and industrial water systems. The additional pre-rinsed cation resin is ready for immediate use, which enhances measurement availability. The system provides real-time data for water quality, helping prevent corrosion while improving operational efficiency and maintenance planning.

Transmitter AMI Powercon with conductivity sensor UP-Con1000-SL and flow cell Catcon-Plus-SL mounted on a stainless steel panel, ready for installation and operation.

Transmitter with two signal outputs for measured values or continuous control, two relays as limit switches or as controllers, alarm relay as summary alarm indication, input for potential free contact.

The flow cell is equipped with a manual flow adjustment valve, a digital sample flow meter and an integrated cation exchanger vessel with automatic deaeration.
