Details
The AMI-II CACE, combined with the SWAN CACE Module, provides low-maintenance online monitoring of specific conductivity and cation conductivity with continuous EDI resin regeneration. It also calculates sample pH and alkalizing-agent levels such as ammonia. The system ensures uninterrupted steam and condensate quality monitoring without regular resin exchange, rinsing cycles, or the risk of resin exhaustion—ideal for power and industrial water applications.
Sensors
For use with SWAN CACE Modules:
Connections for two Swansensors UP-CON1000 with built-in Pt1000 temperature sensor (specific conductivity and conductivity after cation exchange), EDI Module and for a digital sample flow meter.
User Interface
Big backlit LC display for measured values, sample temperatures, sample flow and operating status.
Easy user menus in English, German, French and Spanish. Simple programming of all parameters by keypad.
Multi-level user management for controlled access to settings and other user menus.
SD-card included for storage of measuring data records at a selectable interval, and for export of history data (events and results of instrument routines).
